The last year Buck made any 700 series knives was in 2001, the last year Buck was in California before moving to Idaho.
The last year for the 121 was in 2000, unless the made a Limited edition.
The last year for the 277 was 2013, and the one I have for sale is a 1st year Idaho production from 2002 with the Idaho state stamp on the blade.
And like I said the 401 is still being produced and selling for $150 everywhere I see.
And the 898 is still being produced, so if you want one of these order one online and fill out the proper paperwork to buy it.
So I would like to know where my knives I have for sale are on sale at?

Fill out what paperwork? Where are you located?

I’m in Ohio.
If you order an auto knife online you will have to fill out a form saying you are a police officer, paramedic, or military. Some ask for verification proof of this information and some don’t but you still have to fill out the form. I’m not saying it’s illegal to own.

Unless you are able to order one from an online store that is based in your state or a walk-in store.
This is how the law is written for any auto knife.
The sale of the Impact is subject to restriction by the laws of many states and territories in the United States and by Federal law. Federal law also restricts the interstate shipment of these knives except to certain customers. The federal restrictions are described in 18 U.S.C. § 1716(9) (as amended) and 15 U.S.C. §§ 1242, 1243 and 1244 (as amended).

Eligibility:

  • Active Duty United States Military
  • Active United States Law Enforcement: Federal, State, Local
  • Fire (full-time)
  • EMS (full-time)

@Mac Baren, I live central to city of Cincinnati. I have work travel early this week but could hopefully meet later this week (with no schedule changes). What area of town are you working/staying in?
Kind regards
Ron
