Hello everyone- Thought I would post this here and see what the response is like. I am a sculptor and I have this recently completed bronze set of lions available. The casting was nickel-plated and is edition number 1 of a limited edition of 15. Anyone interested can pm me and I will get back to you as soon as I can. Price is R70000- excluding packaging and courier (can deliver myself within 200kms of Cape Town). Lead-time on further copies is around 4 months if this copy is no longer available. Thanks--

Nice looking work sir! And welcome to AH!

Good looking artwork! I expect it'll sell rather quickly.

So you are saying about $4800 US?

Thanks for the welcomes and compliments. A labour of love! At todays exchange rate that conversion is about right but sadly our currency fluctuates quite a bit and I need to put a stable price out hence the pricing in Rands. Shipping options depend on where exactly and just how quickly you would like it but of course I can make inquiries if anyone needs estimates--

Few proper photos done.

It is an impressive work. Surprised you haven't sold it yet. Have you other African animals that you sculpted?

Thanks. Done a cheetah bust and a black rhino in different styles and I want to do an elephant and a caracal sometime hopefully soon. Leopard also on radar at some point. Custom bronzing costs are crazy so sales= next pieces...

Very interesting artwork.
Philip
