Reading that article literally made my blood pressure rise.

Grizzly viewing in their natural habitat?

Miley Cyrus chiming in on Canadian politics and someone actually gives a shit?

Seems like a twilight zone episode.

Guess that makes Alaska Inside Passage my next option for coastal grizzly. Forget BC! I love going to/through BC! It is beautiful! Lots of camping with almost no one around...except bears!

One more step further removed from reality.

Social Values-based wildlife management...the way of the future folks!

Next they should eliminate science programs and ban vaccinations. That should eliminate the problem in a generation.

What an fffing crock! They say it is no longer "socially acceptable" because only 20% of the population supports the idea of a griz hunt. Based on that sort of math I am guessing the stupid rainbow crosswalk in Vernon will go..., followed by support for bringing in Islamic 'refugees', and hopefully the provincial coalition government (communists and Greenies) followed by that idiot Trudeau. What a Christmas that would be!

I'm thinking send Parliment on an all expense paid gunless, fly in camping trip in the heart of good bear country.

I'm thinking Kamchatka in a couple of years...

Just for bear watching

Never read this Brickburn. His views certainly clarify the problems the US has with the uneducated...hmmm...unfortunately and the liberally educated.:ROFLMAO::D!

They certainly contemplated the MOB that is social media!

I would argue that we in the US don't elect mostly sweet shop owners...we elect ONLY sweet shop owners.

How else would you amass the kind of national debt we have?

Fraud, waste, and abuse.

Hopefully, the next set that get into office in BC manage to recall science class.

The only science the majority of BC people understand is how to light a joint and how to pick magic mushrooms.

The poll was worded so that people would co with their agenda. If I could I would stick a bunch of city anti hunters into the wilderness. I’ll pay up the costs by filming them from a drone and make it a TV show. It’ll then pay me big money!

"Grizzly hunting season will no longer open April 1, the government said. The ban applies to both resident and non-resident hunters, but First Nations members will still be permitted to hunt bears for food, social and ceremonial purposes and treaty rights."

I wonder is this not an example of institutional racism ??

Here's a photo of Tony receiving that Shaw & Hunter award at the 1970 annual EAPHA Dinner Dance. Tony Dyer, then EAPHA President and Princess (Sunny) von Auersperg presented it. I also attended the event.
