SOUTH AFRICA: Hunting With Boschnel

Today was a great hunt got this beautiful animal and then Brendan as always explains and tells the history of the area hunting and the special markings of each animal so it is much more than just shoot and salt it, it is education and very learning experience. I know everyone has a favorite safari group or looking for your first safari adventure, but I would give Boschnel a call and you want be disappointed.

BOSCHNEL SAFARI WITH BRENDAN..... TODAY IS AUG 23 2025 AND KUDU DAY

TODAY WAS KUDU DAY WITH BRENDAN. FOUND A NICE ONE AND DID A GOOD STALK. I REALLY WAS NOT MADE FOR CRAWLING AND DUCK WALKING.....IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN, BUT WE FINALLY GOT IT DONE AND GOT A NICE ONE. BELOW ARE A FEW PICTURES. IN THE WISDOM AND WORDS OF BRENDAN....THE KUDU CHOOSES YOU, YOU DO NOT CHOOSES THE KUDU...

BOSCHNEL SAFARI another day hunting August 2025 HAD SABLE ON THE MENU TODAY

Another shared photo of my hunt. I had an outstanding time in Africa with Brendan and his group.

THIS WAS A FUN AND DIFFICULT STALK..... HAD A GOLDEN WILDEBEEST. STALKED THIS HERD HUNDREDS OF YARDS (OR METERS) AND THE SPRING BUCKS KEPT SPOOKING THEM. JUST MEANS WE HAD TO WORK HARDER...... FINALLY GOT ANOTHER APPROACH AND THIS TROPHY WAS SITTING DOWN FACING US. BRENDAN SAID IN HIS KIND VOICE " MR. PHILLIP DO YOU SEE HIM........DO YOU SEE HIM....." AFTER FEW MORE SECONDS YES GOT HIM. OK HE IS SITTING DOWN AND FACING US. YES I HAVE HIM LOCKED IN. BRENDAN STATES AIM FOR HIS CHEST AND WHEN I WHISTLE HE WILL STAND UP. I GOT IT, READY AIM FIRE....... HE REALLY HAS SOME GREAT SPECIMENS' ON HIS PROPERTY. WE EVEN HAD THE PLEASURE OF BABYSITTING HIS DAUGHTERS FOR A HUNT AND THEY ARE WELL MANNERED AND HAD NO ISSUES THEY ARE LEARNING THE PH BUSINESS.
