Better Hunting Areas Zimbabwe

In 2010 i have chace to hunt in Zim, and i have to choose one this areas, Chirisa Safari Area, Sengwa Safari Area or Chete Safari Area.

Wich one of this, is a better areas for a Buffalo, Sable?
And wich one for Waterbuck, and Nyala, and Kudu?
