Berdan prime Kynoch .577 nitro brass 3" new old stock

I recently bought over 200 pieces of this brass because it was forsale for a good price. I do not own a .577 NE, but thought I may someday want to get one, and it would be an easier decision if I already had some brass. That being said, I don't want to sit on and hold a large number of hard to find brass casings, if someone needed them.

So I'm just hanging this out there just in case someone is in search of new/old stock Kynoch .577 NE with Berdan primers. I still intend to hold on to some "just in case", but if you need some gun food and need to reload it.

I also have 19 pieces of 577 Tyrannosaur brass. I bought a box of 20 and made a dummy round for my son (who is all about big bullets). Anyway, I had also toyed with the idea of building a 577 Trex, but that isn't happening. I'll say for price, what ever 2 dollars below current market value per piece of brass is or best offer, and you pay the shipping.

Sorry, but I have been hammered on pricing here before so I did some research this time.

I found a post on this forum that recommended $150-$200 per 5 pieces for this brass (so the low end of that is $30 a piece, that is $10 off per piece. Again this is New/Old stock brass). I would ask for a minimum purchase of 5 pieces. I guess that is my starting point (If you really need it. IE, you do not have "ANY" or "ENOUGH" for a hunt. We can negotiate the price down a bit.) If you buy 20 pieces or more I'll pay the shipping. If you want less than 20 pieces you pay the shipping.

577 Trex brass I could only find on the Rocky Mountain Cartridge LLC price sheet. The Trex appears to sell for $235/20pcs or $11.75 a piece. I would take $9.50 a piece ($180 + shipping) on the Trex brass (I think it all should go at one time). Buyer pays shipping from Alaska (which is like $20).

I'm told to do it at scale some people spend fortunes building a water hydraulic die to make a horrible wet mess while using water pressure to force the spent primer from the cases for reloading.

I have no idea what a Berdan cased 577NE piece of fired brass is worth, but is surely a tiny fraction of the value of a boxer primed piece of brass due to the incredible efforts involved in reloading something that was never intended to be reloaded.

Just something to keep in mind if comparing apples to oranges.

I'm not afraid of Berdan primed brass but only because I have hundreds of different sized berdan primers and have dealt with reloading old Kynoch for years.
It's just not worth the hassle for most folks...

OR, better yet. I just noticed on the sheet from Rocky Mountain Cartridge LLC (posted above). 577 express 3 inch for $198 for 20 pieces, and I'm sure those are not Berdan primers. Problem solved. I do not feel so bad holding on to all of these if you can buy them from Rocky Mountain Cartridge so cheaply. Thanks for looking. Everything is sold, or no longer for sale.
