A beautiful Don Allen era Dakota in 416 rigby
Turnbull did the action & bottom metal
Barrel was reblued
Stock was gone over to get rid of any imperfections including the checkering
Never been to the field since
Barrel threaded with thread protector
13.75" LOP
24" Barrel
Story of this rifle I bought it from a lawyer client of mine that is on the spectrum of extreme OCD. He sent the gun and had all this work done and before it even returned he needed some cash so I ended up with it. It is simply to beautiful to beat up in the woods.
This thing is like new and more money put into it that will ever be recouped.
Have more pictures.
$6500 shipped.

That's a great problem to have!!

My 31 year old told me the other day that he still reminisces about our trips to the lease, night time bunny hunts, turkey, pig and deer hunting. He says they are the best memories of his childhood.

I agree I would spend every cent taking them hunting lucky they live on 1000 acres so they are spoiled. My 6 yr old has been on rabbit hunt with his bow every afternoon. I told them 3 yrs and they can go to africa with me.
