As of May 28, 2025 non -residents of Argentina will be required to show comprehensive medical insurance or travel insurance with medical coverage valid for the length of stay, upon entry. Additionally, a return ticket and a reservation/proof of lodging during your stay will need to be provided. Not having these items could result in denied entry!

just to add to this they were also pretty militant about the actual physical address of where you will be staying.

darn, i was thinking of a big game hunt there, but just to many hoops to go thru. looks like its alaska for moose now.

Can you please let us know what you did to demonstrate medical coverage to them? I have a hunt in December there. Appreciated. Thanks

I was in Argentina hunting stag this past June 13-21st and never asked for anything of the sort.

I keep basic travel insurance, they did not ask anything about it, we had to step out of line to call ranch manager to get address, my buddies that went 2 weeks ago after water buffalo had to provide the address as well, may depend on the customs person u deal with

I traveled to Argentina several times a year from 2002-2019; even lives there a couple years. That was always the rule as far as I know although seldom enforced.

I arrived with a Boca Jr jersey on one time and the immigration agent was a River fan. He gave me a hard time and I thought he was going to deny me entry. :ROFLMAO:

Safe travels

Didn’t Namibia just begin using a program similar to this one?

With Jennifer posting this I would imagine that it is some new regulations going into effect possibly July 1, but who knows?

Morning friends, just getting caught up after a little vacation time!

This was a part of a presidential address by President Milei in June... and while there were no "official dates" or implementation timelines mentioned, we have already received scattered reports from clients that the travel insurance rule was enforced upon entry. A memo has also been sent out by Argentina's flagship carrier Aerolineas Argentina airlines. So we like to be extra cautious, and not have clients get caught off guard. Same goes for having an invite letter with your lodge address to prove your place of stay, and return ticket. Better safe than sorry in these instances!

Had an excellent classifieds transaction with JoninCO. A truly honest and standup member. I wouldn't hesitate at all to deal with him again. Thanks, J!

Hi Lance, Hope you well. I collect Mauser rifles and they are very much part of my cultural history in Africa. Would you consider selling the rifle now a year on ? I'd like to place it in my collection of Mauser rifles. Many thx

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
