Argentina dove hunt reschedule

Looking for some advice. We have a dove hunting trim with Pointer Outfitters planned for August of this year. one of the girls in our party is giving birth in February, and thus wants to push it back until November to feel more comfortable leaving the baby behind to go on vacation.

Does anyone have any opinion or experiance hunting there in November? Will it make a difference at all, or should we push it back to 2026? I have been once before and it was in July.

I’ve always gone in our summer. But I have friends that go in November every year. They love it. It’s much hotter. But they shoot in shorts and t-shirts.

I’ve gone with Pointer before and they are great. I’d ask them, they may have a suggestion on a different location that time of year.

We typically go in November, over the Thanksgiving holiday week…

It’s hot.. but BA isn’t full of tourists, the dove aren’t getting a whole lot of pressure that time of year so the hunting is excellent (we have the fields to ourselves.. etc), etc etc

Your only consideration should be weather...the birds don't care, and the hunting will be pretty much the same...possibly different areas.
I have been many times...at different times of the year. A good rule of thumb is to add 6 monrhs to the current month in the States, and that is the type of weather you can expect. For reference...January and February are usually the hottest months in Argentina.
We went in February...once...
never again.
