I have a question - are there energy requirements for hunting dangerous or other game specified or involved in determining an adequate cartridge for hunting desired game - ie produces over 4000FPE at the muzzle. I know that cartridges are specified in the rule books and I would think FPE would be determing factor. Any examples would be greatly appreciated.
