Anyone ever try Thermacell for Mopane/tsetse flys?

Just wondering how the little machines would do against the insects. I see they often smoke dung on the vehicles to try and ward them off. I'm assuming flying on a plane with the fuel canisters would be a big problem and probably no way to buy the fuel canisters in Zim huh?

I have been extremely disappointed in thermacell the last couple years. I was given 2 new standard units as gifts and it doesn't hardly smoke at all and mosquitoes have no fear.

Thinking it was a problem with new machines, I got out my old reliable one from my hunting stuff. Same thing...has to be some change in the new pads.

Your mileage may vary, but they no longer work for me
