I came across this online today, and it made me laugh. It’s seems the “new is better” debate is as old as the hills.

Yep. The affluent braggart is “all hat, no cattle”.

I think that’s a different sentiment than what is afoot in the gun world today. Today, it is lack of appreciation for the hunt, reverence for craftsmanship, and generally bad taste.

Class and wealth don’t necessarily go together. Buy the best you can afford and look after it. Have fun, kill a lot of birds, waste nothing.
