The Mega is not a "premium" bonded bullet like A Frame. It's a cup and core, like most other cup and cores. They're lights out from my 6.5x55 Swede at a modest 2500 fps. That 285 gr Mega is a great bullet for a cartridge like 9.3x74R or 9.3x62. Only reason I've never put any through my 9.3x62 is because they were never available when I was ready for LD with that rifle. And now I have so many good loads - Oryx, A Frame, Hornady SPRP, and Speer, there really isn't much of a point in giving the Megas a go.

Chopped up the whole thing as I kept hitting the 240 character limit...
Found out the trigger word in the end... It was muzzle or velocity. dropped them and it posted.
