8x68s load information

Gentlemen, it's been a while since I've been on here, but my current build is nearing completion. It's a Ruger No1V chambered in 8x68S, I plan to shoot 198grn Hammer Bullets but am having a hard time finding load info and powder. I wanted to try Vihtavouri powder, it's all backordered in the USA, I looked for Norma, it's all backordered. I've had RS powder recommended, but it's not imported into the USA. Does anyone have any suggestions on other powders that I can try to find that will work for this cartridge/bullet combination that I can try to find? If you load for it and have a favorite powder, let me know what it is and I'll see if I can find it. Thanks for any assistance with this

I'm hoping someone uses a powder that I can get, all the good info that I found lists powders that aren't available. And the one manual that I have, Hornady, says the 195grn bullet is a good one but doesn't list any info for it, they list 170 and 220 but skip right over the 195
