I have 2 different batches of brass. One is headstamped 465 NE and the other is HS 500/465 BELL. The length, shoulder, and rim size seem o be the same. There are slight differences in the rim area. Is this just a difference in the manufacturing, or are these considered to be different cartridges? I won't be firing them, I'll be using them for my cartridge display boards, so for my purposes I can consider them the same. The question is just for my own edification.
