1 Month and Counting!!!

In 1 month I will be on my way to Tanzania for a 9 day much needed vacation away from life as I know it! After the 9 days of relaxation I will be headed to J. Burg to meet my PH Koos De Meyer with Kuche Safaries. We will be hunting Limpopo and will be Koos's last clients of the year. This is where I need your help. I will have 3 non-hunters with me: My buddy John, his girlfriend and my girlfriend. Don't kid yourselves, I AM THERE TO HUNT NOT ENTERTAIN! How can I make it an equally memorable trip for the girls? John will be hunting for the first time in his life so I'm positive that he will enjoy it. I would like any info and opinions that you may have for me on how to make this great for all.

Are you hunting alone in Tan and just meeting up with the others for RSA? Either way there is plenty of things to do for the gals, just maybe not at hunting camp. Your PH should be able to arrange for some shopping and sightseeing. Have a look at the some of the National Parks in the Limpopo. I had a fantastic time visiting the Mapungubwe Park in '09. There is the most fantastic viewpoint over the Limpopo River, looking at Zim and Botswana across the river. There are other parks as well, plus of course Kruger. If money isnt a concern, have them fly off to Cape Town for sun and surf and shopping. But your outfitter or PH is the one to ask. They can set it up, they do it all the time. My first safari was in Tanzania, fantastic place.

The Girls will have a blast, make sure to involve them in the hunt even if its just taking pictures if they love nature there in for a treat. Keep us informed as to how it goes with lots of pics sounds like you guys have one heck of a trip planned.

there have to be some cool places for African culture in RSA.
or take them to the lion park to cuddle a baby lion.

Just bought a new camera, so I will take as many pictures as I can and remember.
Spending 3-4 days before and after the hunt with old friends in Port Elizabeth. Hunting from november 5th to 12th.

Everyone has a blast with Marius
I am chasing Kudu, Bushbuck, Blesbuck, Springbuck and Warthog. The 2 first is priority, 3 last is an added bonus. Its going to be warm in November so going hard and early every day. Going to love it no matter what animals I get. A day in the bush is a day well spent, especially in Africa
