Bongo Hunt in the CAR in 1989 with Alain Lefol Safaris. My father had brought like to two dozen Dallas Safari Clubs jackets and caps and gave them out. Since other hunter was from Texas as well, he joined for the picture.

Hi everyone, Very unique Bongo with one horn for hunting this animal for many years it's the first time I see that!! This bull have a nice horn over 30 inch the mineral leak where this Bongo have been taken in pictures is around 1/2 mile from the camp! Would you hunt this bull?

Bongo bull taken by Jim Shockey in June 2012. This was hunted witout the use of dogs, and was chosen after seeing a couple of other viable Bongos before that. Look out for Jim's show closer to the end of the year where he will show footage of this hunt.
