I think thats the same gun on guns international , I talked to them about a year ago and it was " sold" then, not sure it its up again‍♂️

I always stay at one of the hotels , just easy, convenient and options to eat ect. The people from rifle permits ( Adel & Chris) will walk you to hotel and be there next morning taking you thru check-in. No hassle

1940's Holland & Holland 375 Magnum

They are special, I also have the 375 in the " take down" model but from the late 1940s I believe

Did same thing in Nov 2023 and my ammo was over 10, I had to pay for being " over " the weight limit but after explain that I had no real choice in since they were big calibers and weigh more than the average , they cut me slack

In my opinion ( like many calibers) , there was or in no need to re invent the wheel with proven bullets out there like swift A frame, nosler & Barnes . Must give Hornady a shoutout for marketing, but they still fall short of the above mentioned, swift/nosler/tsx .

Maybe give more background where you coming from, for example: " been to Africa before dont want to ......" " I dont care for small hunt area or high fence ...... exct" Just my 2 cents

SA is one of the more problematic African countries if it comes to opening or re opening some quota. To many hands in the cookie jar there in my experience, in other words : to many wanting " hand outs" to do you a " favor" , so it gets expensive with no guarantee of positive longterm outcome .

I have done it about 2 yrs ago, with right people and about $2000 later I got the gun within 6-8 weeks.The cost adds up here and there quickly. If you need more info on who and what You cam pm me , happy to help

Had same problem. JJ ( gunsmith in OK) sorted it by bending front trigger ever so slightly and made a huge diff. My finger use to be cut every time after a couple shots, no more!!
