For the stated parameters, I voted 6.5prc and I’d go with a threaded Tikka. The PRC has very manageable recoil, good ammo selection and plenty of performance for elk up to stated ranges.

Bullseye uses them because the brother owns African legacy logistics from what I was told, keeping it in the family. I used them and will use them again. No complaints and seemed reasonably priced although I didn’t get additional quotes. Kept it there for simplicity sake.
