    Have you tried echinacea? I used it all the time when travelling around Africa. That and hand sanitizer. As soon as I got that dropping feeling in the guts I’d take 1000mg of it. It work a treat. Never got the runs. I’d also pack dioralyte to get those goodies back in your body that you sweat...
