    Just picked up some 235gr and going to try in my H&H. What powder are folks using? Was thinking Varget or IMR4064.

    The 115gr load is actually rather mild. You can go up to 120grs with that bullet/powder combo. Not that I would need to ;)

    Does anyone have pet loads to share for their Mk V's? I have an older Japanese model with the Pendleton brake. Had it out to the range on Monday and ran some handloads over the chronograph. 500gr Hornady RN 115grs IMR4350 2550fps

    Compare Recoil

    From my experience shooting both the .375 and .416, the Rigby is not quite double. Mine is a CZ550 and with the 400gr at 2350, it is around 58ft/lbs. I owned a Ruger #1 some years ago that felt much worse.

    Anyone have a pet .416 Rigby load?

    So far I have only used H4831 in my CZ550, but hear RL22 is a good powder.
