Another brand he could consider is Blaser. R8 rifles can be easily converted from RH to LH or vice versa. Since you can disassemble the rifle, it will be easier to travel with it as well. If he wants a double rifle then he can checkout Ralf Martini’s website. He has a couple of LH Heym 89B.

If she grows to like shooting clay targets then you could have a good shotgun stock maker in RSA to custom fit a shotgun of her choice. Also a recoil reducer can be installed in the stock IF she needs it. Of course it will cost a bit more than cutting the stock off from your Beretta.

What are the barrel length and the stock dimensions (i.e. LOP, etc.)?
