so sorry my friend! This is why before I go on my yearly hunts to Africa I get Doxy, Malarone given I am in a malaria zone and a strong anti diarrhea medication all just to be on the safe side
Thank you!!! I am a business executive. Finally honesty not hypocrisy has been stated and I 100% agree with the honesty of this video. The math and logic is undesputable!!!
It’s not people in the know. Their main distributor in the US is Africa Creations who are excellent if you are trying one of their mass produced boots. Mine was ordered outside them directly through Courtney with them knowing I would be in Zim to pick them up
Let me present my stupidity to our forum please. I have tried three pair of Courtney boots all pinched my small toe or the e width was too wide. So knowing I was coming to Zim I reached out to Courtney directly. I asked them to please make me a Hunter Brand boot wider than a D width but less...
i’m in zim now hunting my leopard. my favorite is the 100% cotton short sleeve Tag shirt with the air circulation pouch on the back to breath better. The anvil irons will not hurt them like a synthetic shirt
wow. while I greatly respect it has a higher tip structure paying trackers $150 per day is unreal and I for one would not do it. four guys on truck 10 days $4500 just truck. just me. not happening but I greatly respect you for doing that just to be clear.
I hate Testse flies with a passion!!!!! Truly they keep me out of Tanzania and Zambia. It does not take but once to be around them and my thought was a smaller horse fly multiplied by hundreds of them
Your gun should have been regulated at 2150 FPS which is what my two were. I have had zero problems with TSX or DGX Bonded at all and neither have people I respect due to their experience and again my own. Are you I recommend IMR3031at 80 grains to achieve this with 570 grain bullets
Given I have a Rigby 450 NE DR, I ran Quick Load for you. Attached are the readouts for both 140 and 160 powder. Please note the following: I did not have the 485 grain so I used the 500 grain bullets. The 160 was the clear winner to me given I could get 2082 FPS with almost a 95% fill rate...
The only issue I have ever had with the 8 DRs that I have owned was with my Merkle. The sear that prevents double firing broke. In my follow up research I found while this is a great feature of the brand, the sear breaks quite often. I immediately sent it to JJ Perodeau who easily fixed it.
Absolutely stunning!!! Thanks for sharing! My Rigby 450 NE serial #17258 was made by Rigby in 1905. It is as plain as a rifle can possibly be made but I love her dearly! Your write up was magnificent and is worthy for such a rifle as you now possess. Will you be taking it hunting?
My mother’s maiden name is McGuire and her middle name is Nell so Irish runs through my veins!!! While Namibia is great everything depends on your budget. If this is your first Safari I recommend the Eastern cape with @game4africa for a 5 animal PG hunt with excellent facilities you and your...
I feel sorry for the guy but I could not help thinking a grenade would have been better in his hands than his DR. I watched all the shots where the bullet impact was apparent…it is very clear he just kept missing the correct kill zone starting with his first shot which was way too low on the...
Great post! The 375 H&H will easily take all but my 404J would be my ideal choice for all of them. However, where is the fun in that? I would take my DR in 450 NE for the buffalo and the brown bear. The rest would still be my 404J.
