I have consulted with legal and it appears that on the surface you can buy ivory from a seller in your state of residence only. So, seller and buyer have to be in the same state. As well as the merchandise.

My son and I had the absolute pleasure of hunting with Theunis last year in ZIM. The stories he told and his hearty laughter made for stories we still talk about. Sorry to hear of this tragic accident. Condolences to the family and friends.

I can tell you these folks here are great. I booked a croc hunt two weeks out thru contacts on AH and it was seamless. 8 days door to door with a monster croc. Best advertising one could imagine. Caution!!! Deliver any goods as promised.
