Haven’t done ocean freight in about 5 years. Extra/unexpected port fees in US pretty much ate up all savings from air. So just be prepared for that possible frustration/cost.

Springhare, like some other small game, is often taken at night with a spotlight. I don’t think springhare are actually hares. But I’m not an expert on the species.

There are also a lot of properties in Limpopo that are over 40,000 acres. Which is pretty big in my book.

The largest single block I’m aware of is with Limpopo Safaris. There are a good number of properties that share an unfenced border with Kruger.

I don’t know about hunting them like we hunt squirrels and rabbits, but lots of hunters collect them while on other hunts: hyrax, springhare, hare, mongoose, etc.

My experience, it’s worthless in Namibia and South Africa.

I started using skin so soft over deet at home. I blame some negative impacts on wood, plastic/rubber, and metal on over exposure to deet (on guns, binoculars, etc). May be wrong about that, but only thing I could point to to explain it. Also makes me smell nicer than deet.
