Hello, was an old rule about what size of trophies can’t be exportable. For bear skull was over 65 CIC. I must check if is still applicable. On the 2024 bears export regulation are no restrictions regarding the skull.

I used TOG in 375 H&H and I was happy with that.

With a 250 grains bullet the hunter can be confident, PH as well. Sometime is difficult to see body shock or any sign to indicate the shoot. With a heavy bullet usually you can judge where the bear is hit and chances to be found.

I used 8x68S is not bad, I would recommend bullets over 220 grains if possible.

They are many methods to hunt a bear: waiting close to feeding points or in areas where they are coming and attack farmers animals, stalking and driven hunt with beaters and dogs. We never tried predator call on bears.

Yes, you are right. I used 9,3x62 and also 375 H&H. I never lost any bear with 9,3x62. Now I’m using Norna Vulkan 15g for red stag, brown bear and wild boars. I never had any issues. Gun is not kicking, jumping, and the groups at 100m are under 1 MOA.
