A driven bird shoot is a good day, but for me, only enjoyable with good company. I have done the paid peg scenario and meet the other guns on the day and whilst the shooting was enjoyable the overall day is no where near the same.
In the UK, we have been using them long before most other countries, and we shoot many more deer than most others too - can be hundreds per year per person, so we have a lot of experience with them. The vast majority don’t bother to clean them.

I think it depends on in what environment you want to hunt either species. Fallow bucks in the rut is an amazing experience. Mouflon in the mountains would be a good hunt, but most Mouflon hunts are in the low lands / farm land and not a great hunt experience imo.
