That’s a great sight, I believe it’s the same one Weatherby uses on their custom shop safari rifles. No idea who makes them

Old Winchester Pre-64 M70 African Express Sight. Total elevation range is 40/1000". I have one a 338-06 and we added index marks to add in field adjusting. There is a set screw on the opposite side to lock the sight in place. Wisner makes them, #2,#3,#4 barrel contours
