Here is a very nice (I dont believe it has ever been fired) Interarms Mannlicher stocked 30-06
made in 02 82 (these are dated just under woodline under bolt)
picked up from an estate afew yrs ago, only selling as I picked up A Ruger RSI older tang safety that I have been looking for, for awhile.

Greatly improved Mauser action with the safety moved from bolt to right side. In great shape with just a couple very minor safe dings and the finish coat on grip cap shows afew white spots.
$825 shipped with a copy of my DL....if it needs to come from an FFL add $25

First post here of "I will take it" trumps PM's...cross posted so will go by time stamp
Any questions send me a PM, I can take mores pics if wanted

pics link with more pics
Thanks al

First it is a beautiful rifle. I am a Mannlicher aficionado but not a fan of long length cartridges in a short barreled chassis due to excessive muzzle blast. Good luck with your sale. The price is more than fair.

Very nice! A pic of the whole rifle on both sides would help in the sale FWIW

The early 1980s Interarms commercial Mausers are fine rifles, have owned a few and still own a Whitworth .458. If you reload, the 20" barrel 30-06 is a perfect " walking around rifle" and for the deer stand.
Great Price.

GLWS.

That model and chambering was my first center fire rifle. I still hunt with it.

Beautiful rifle. Someone is going to end up with a classy weapon.

Given the OP’s quite reasonable price, you could spend the $$$ saved on a competent riflesmith to modify the stock a bit and properly fit a KickEzz recoil pad without changing the factory LOP. Unless maybe you’re only buying it to keep as a Safe Queen.

Also, sub-22” barrels make for great brush/“woods” carbines due to their compactness and maneuverability, where your actual shooting distance on game rarely exceeds 100-yards - e.g., in Alaska and in states east of the Mississippi.

In fact, OP’s Mannlicher would be a perfect homestead rifle for a rural AK cabin or homestead. The ‘06 chambering allows for the use of the heavier 200grn & 220grn bullets.

GLWTS.

These are nice rifles. I have one with the double set triggers. Good shooter. I shoot 200gr cast loads out of mine. Fun! Good luck with the sale.

I have been using a "Personal Property" rider on my State Farm homeowner's policy to cover guns when I travel with them.
I have several firearms, but only one is worth over $20K (A Heym double rifle).
Very interested.
Would firearms be covered for damage, as well as, complete loss?
I'll can let the State Farm rider cover my watches...

trperk1, I bought the Kimber Caprivi 375 back in an earlier post. You attached a target with an impressive three rounds touching 100 yards. I took the 2x10 VX5 off and put a VX6 HD Gen 2 1x6x24 Duplex Firedot on the rifle. It's definitely a shooter curious what loads you used for the group. Loving this rifle so fun to shoot. Africa 2026 Mozambique. Buff and PG. Any info appreciated.
Ready for the hunt with HTK Safaris
