well after lurking and looking and missing some get deals on a 9.3x62 rifle I finally pulled the trigger on a Sauer 100 from Euro Optic yesterday so not the search for loading supply's for it. would anyone like to share their load recipes for their loads. will probably load Hammers, CEB Raptors and Barnes TSX bullets looks like H4359, Rl15.5, and Varget and maybe CFE223 are the go to powders thanks for the help and info Jim
 
Atta boy Jim. I’ve been eyeballing the same rifle for some time and hope you post a further review of your experiences with it!
 
@Hyde Hunter, do you mind sharing the loads for Varget & CFE223? I'll probably just stick to Barnes bullets. Thank you!
 
I will post my thoughts on the rifle soon, it should be hear in a few days. I hope I like it I have never seen a Sauer before other than the Colt Sauer's from the 70's and boy were they nice. wanted to go to Precision Reloading today for powder, bullets and dies but we are getting our first good snow today this year so far about 4-5 inches

I hope it is, I wanted to buy a second clip for it but at over 300 I think I will have to wait awhile. This one has the wood stock beechwood, I guess it is used in Germany since they do not have much Walnut there

Didn’t realize mags we that pricey. Still, I’ve only handled the rifle, but was impressed. Unfortunately, the Blaser booth was right behind the Sauer booth at the 2019 NRA convention. Ended up going that route. A very expensive route.
 
Ramshot big game and (Unobtainable RL17) have given me my best results in the 9.3x62. Haven't tried CFE223 but have heard of good results with it as well.
 
I load RL17 in the 9.3x62 and a few other calibers. I like it alot.

I first tried a couple of other powders, including CFE223, using QuickLoad as one of my data sources. I did not achieve the projected velocity with any of those, so moved on.

By the time I tried RL17 I finally realized the QuickLoad data - for that rifle - was always off by roughly 90 - 100 fps. Pushing the powder charge up some got me to where I expected to be (safely) in this rifle.
 
The Sauer 100 is a great gun I think you will really enjoy it, I have the 100 classic in 6.5 prc and I’m very impressed for an off the shelf gun lots of good features.
Keep us posted how it goes.
 
Contrats!! Just wanted to point out that Alliant, who makes Reloder, is out of business (and trying to sell) so its probably best to work up a load using some other powder.

This info was from the specialty reloading shop I go to. There is some info online about it dating back to mid-2024.

I am going to try Big Game first and Powder valley has Alliant 2000MR and if it is better I will buy a 8 pound jug. I also want to try CFE 223 and go from there
I will finally get it on Tuesday after it sat at the post office in PA for 6 days, thought it might have been lost or stolen

I use Big Game,Varget, and RL15 in mine. Big Game I have used from 185HP lapua all the way to 286bullets. It’s been a great powder. Great accuracy with the varget and 250accubonds.

trperk1, I bought the Kimber Caprivi 375 back in an earlier post. You attached a target with an impressive three rounds touching 100 yards. I took the 2x10 VX5 off and put a VX6 HD Gen 2 1x6x24 Duplex Firedot on the rifle. It's definitely a shooter curious what loads you used for the group. Loving this rifle so fun to shoot. Africa 2026 Mozambique. Buff and PG. Any info appreciated.
