I saw that video as well... NY Times tried to spin it as "metaphorical" death... from an old chant.
But then in a more recent interview, he was asked, "Did you mean actual killing?" and he said "Not YET, but revolutions require killing eventually."
"Republic of South Africa (South Africa) recently enacted Expropriation Act 13 of 2024 (Act), to enable the government of South Africa to seize ethnic minority Afrikaners’ agricultural property without compensation."
This act was approved at the end of last year (2024), but is going into effect...
I've never used a muzzle break, so this question was more of a mental exercise.
My understanding is that the reason muzzle breaks are generally not liked was because of the significantly increased noise (and the suppressor would mitigate that)... but is the blast of air from a muzzle break what...
I am shooting the .375 now... and I do agree, the more I shoot, the more comfortable I am with it.
And I am limiting my shooting with it... 3-5 rounds at a time. So I completely agree that with time, I'll be able to handle it as well as my smaller rifles.
I do think your advice is very sound...
I think "comfortable" is subjective.
I didn't grow up shooting much, and the .375 is not comfortable to me. I'm 6'3" and can manage it just fine, but I'd rather use current technology that makes shooting more enjoyable for me. I'm okay with that.
We have technology that can do that with a...
Well, the barrel would be shortened to accommodate the additional length, and the muzzle brake-suppressor combo adds back weight to keep it balanced.
I know nothing of this company or products, but here is one such combo.

Just curious if anyone runs a muzzle brake-suppressor combo on a .375 H&H?
I know a few exist as modular units together from the same manufacturer intended to run together, I've seen a muzzle brake from one company and a suppressor from another company used together.
I'd love your experience...
I'm pretty sure it's not possible on this rifle, but how does one determine how much room needed for a suppressor on a rifle with a front sight?
Thanks!
I know people who have used fish antibiotics (which are often identical to human antibiotics), because they could get them without a prescription and for cheaper. This assumes they knew when to use an antibiotic and knew which one was the correct one... unfortunately, the decision of when to use...
I doubt preventive rabies vaccination would be covered by most insurances unless your job required it, and then your job would probably cover it.
Upon further review, I am going to have to change my opening post information... it is not $50-$100 per shot like it used to be. You are correct, it...
This is correct. Blood does not transfer rabies. It's only in the saliva. This is the basis of the recommendations.
The only thing to consider is... are you sure there's no saliva?
The recommendations for rabies treatment includes bites... this is an obvious exposure to saliva.
The...
This is absolutely correct. This is the WHO Guidelines and is used by most countries outside of the U.S. Do you practice medicine or just well-informed?
My recommendations are an amalgamation from CDC, US Military, and UpToDate.
The only difference I see with the WHO guidelines is that it...
All vaccines have a risk of GBS. Unfortunately, it's the nature of vaccines.
Some vaccines have higher risk and some have lower risk.
Generally speaking, the modern versions of the rabies vaccines have relatively low risk of GBS (1/32,000). Older versions of the rabies vaccine definitely had a...
