I own a vx3 4.5-14X42mm with 30mm objective and have a 3.5-10x42 on my 3006 the swarovski is my scope brand of choice. If I had my time again i'd go the Z5 2.5-12 x50 with Ballistic turrets. The Ballistic Turrets are awesome and simple to use.

Hi All, Im contemplating re stocking a couple of rifles with Mcmillan Stocks. (Sako 75 243, Winchester m70 3006 and Winchester safari 375H&H) has any one used the Mcmillan marble Wanut finish? Or at least seen one in person? Thanks for everyones help TW

I recently went through this very dilemma. I ended up with a set of vortex Diamond back 8x42 with Vortex harness and pouch. Optics wise, for sub $450 AUD they are goo and i'm happy with them.Are they swaro or Lieca quality. Nope but nor should they be? So why did i go for them? Cost vs usage...
