I second this go with the biggest one that will fit in the hanger and pre drill the stud if possible to avoid splitting the stud.

Glad It didn’t damage the mount! Had a friend hang a lifesize Dall sheep it pulled out of 3/4” osb from 15’ high and totally obliterated his new flat screen tv that was below aswell as messing up the Dall….
