No clue. Some big herds of eland I believe have been sighted..remnant elephants..

Look at some of the recent clips from African Parks flying over Boma NP…those herds of White Eared Kob and Tiang go on forever.

Great to hear from you Rich. African Parks now has Gambella as well as Boma and Bandalingo NP’s in South Sudan. The big migration is intact with about 5 million White Eared Kob. Who knows what could come?

All you see on Social Media is him with his wife. He does not post pictures of animals taken. Better operators in Niassa IMO.

Elephant numbers should have been decent in 2004…in between bad poaching in the 80’s and again starting about 2006.

Fantastic trip! How many elephants did you see? I know they don’t hunt them but did you see any of the big breeding herds of buffalo? I hear they are very relaxed due to no hunting pressure
