@baxterb here are some pictures of a P-51A which is a derivative of the A36.

I could listen to stories from pilots during WWII all day!! It's so awesome to see pictures from that time.

These are pictures I took at Oshkosh Airventure last year. The C-47 "That's All Brother" lead the dropping of troops into Normandy.

I've been inside one of those! The Mid America Flight Museum in Mt. Pleasant, TX had one.

Also its counterpart.. The Curtis C-46 Commando! Extensively used to cross the "Hump" in the Asian theater

That aircraft set so many records that still haven't been broken..

The P-51 is an amazing aircraft! But to me the sound of a radial is so dang sexy..

I'm gonna bring up one that is often forgotten.. The Bristol Beaufighter!! A GREAT ground attack aircraft and night fighter. If i recall correctly.. It had 6x .303 Machine guns and 4x 20mm Hispano Canons. Also had the Bristol Hercules engines!

Maybe in a few more months.. I'm actually in need of a new shotgun! I have a Mossberg 930 that keeps having issues..

You sir.. Have done an EXCELLENT job!! I would LOVE to have a room like that! My address is.. LOL..
