Champagne can’t be produced in the US. You can make sparkling wine but can’t call it champagne. Many alcohol products are unique to their region even mimicking the techniques doesn’t result in a product with the same characteristics.

I posted a bisley case in the previous version of this question. For lightweight cases I really prefer canvas especially when traveling. They can roll or fold up to fit in a gun case or luggage.

Very budget dependent. I would get some form of model 70 CRF. Basic classic model at the low end, super grade above that, and full custom if I could afford it.

The term socialist by political parties in Europe doesn’t always carry the same meaning that socialist does here. But sometimes it does. It’s very confusing actually.
