No I was not looking to shoot one this time, so we did not go looking, but they are definitely there if you want one. I can imagine it would be quite an exciting and slightly dangerous hunt slipping thru the reed swamp in a dugout,.. always on the look out for rogue hippos and crocs!!

I can only speak from my own experience hunting in Namibia with Van Heerden Safaris. Hunting in Namibia. The newly created Dzoti conservancy borders three national parks so this speaks for itself. I guess it depends on what sort of hunting experience you want but if you are Ok with tented...
