I have been hunting big game, uplands, and waterfowl since 1964. And have shot almost all big game with the WWII Springfield my dad sporterized for me two years earlier. I am in excellent health and still hunt hard every fall. I am primarily a stalker and tracker. Presently I am having a .404 Jeffery built on a Czech postwar commercial Mauser. While doing research for this complex project, I found several informative threads on this site and decided to become a member.
