Im actually in NY. I just didnt understand why there would be an issue between the actuall FFLs? I understand when the tranfer happens to the individual, but as for FFL shipping to FFL what additional paperwork wouild be required (between them) if shipped to lets say ny?

Isnt FFL to FFL just fed law and any stupid laws in the receiving state get applied when the FFL does the transfer to the individual?

Thats a beautiful rifle. Question, why wourd Ruger chamber a safari rifle in 223? Same shape/style gun for practice instead of shooting a 458 Lott all day?

It already is better. Loaded to pressure that modern guns can handle it will beat most of the new 6.5.
