The attractive thing (too me) about Courteney Boots is just that. #1 - They allow their customers to contribute with their own game hide(s) or / and will use various game hides that Courteney themselves keep in stock. #2 - They allow their customers to design their own shoe from top to bottom...

There's one advantage/distinctive separation between the two (Courteney & JimGreen) and to me it does mean something, I can have Courteney Boots made from various Game Hides & dyed any color on top of being able to "re-design" the shoe/boot to my personal aesthetic preference (at a price point)...

A few years ago this Gent posted the weight of his Courteney Selous Boots, I wanted to compare them to Jim Greens as I have heard conflicting statements from people... "Courteneys are light as a feather! "JimGreens feel like cement anchors!" "Courteney is not a "light" boot by any means!"...

Can someone please put their Jim Green pair on a scale and weigh them then photograph and post the result, please.
