As to why the bull is non exportable, Karl has a quota from the local conservancy council for X number of exportable bulls and Y number of non exportable bulls. The locals just want the meat and need a certain total number of bulls killed to fill the quota allowed by law.

Johan was an appy when we hunted elephant with Karl in 2015. You will never meet a finer young man. My wife loved the way he looked after her when we were stalking up close. Let’s get serious. I bid $7000.
