Go forth and back between high- low and strength exercises -power exercises. Large-intensity workouts include sports, operating, cycling and strolling. Low-intensity workouts incorporate gentle running, strolling, training, Adrenalast etc. If you're not "in shape", you be doing more of the latter. That's fine for now. Race for half a minute, walk for a minute, run for half of a minute, etc.
