I've seen venomous snakes in the US, rattlers, water moccasins, coppheads, etc, stretched out on boards coiled, or natural habitat...

I have the Blaser quad sticks and the French ones that AR Reddy sells. I still prefer clamping into an Arca lock on a heavy tripod...
