    Jagd & Hund Dortmund 2026, 27 Jan - 1 Feb

One of the exhibitors (of many years) commented - Tuesday is usually the older and serious booking crowd, Thursdays the doctors come and saturday and sunday are the sticky fingers crowd that do the bratwurst or pommes and then touch everything on the stands with greasy fingers ! About sums it...

. Following on Muskox above - and all the above info is great - but do you want a summer or winter chamois and then where ? Big difference in the coat between short almost brown summer coat and dark thick winter coat. Plus hunting on grass vs hunting snowy terrain in a lot of Europe. Hunted...

Question about Shipping costs for Buff skull - RSA to UK

Remember Denmark is EU and UK not therefore going via Denmark will add an extra stop in the process and extra costs. Post Brexit you cannot move trophies between the EU and UK without export papers, vet certs and all the paper work..... .

Question about Shipping costs for Buff skull - RSA to UK

Tom, As a thumb suck I would say you will likely be looking at GBP 1.500/- to 1.700/-. You will have taxidermy dip & ship in SA. then crating, SA export paperwork, SA ground transport, air freight, UK airport handling / clearing, vet cert, import duty and UK ground transport. Taxidermy is not...

Do any of you invest in gold and silver, and if so, how?

Silver has not been this high since the Hunt Brothers tried to corner the market! That was the fall of Kodak Eastman. Buy now at near USD 80/- ounce. No, I dont think so but I do not see it back in the USD 20s in the near future. Cannot hurt to have metals as part of a balanced portfolio. .
