    Hello sandman, I live in Upstate NY. My phone number is 315-730-2199. Could you give me a call at your earliest convenience. I got on the IRS website again and filled out the sole Proprietorship to get my EIN. It still then goes to a "check out" page and is trying to charge me $147. Maybe you can help me out. Thanks .
