So each year we do our annual trip to Cahora Bassa in Mozambique for some Tiger Fishing.
Tow the boat all the way from South Africa to Mozambique 1650km we do in 20-22 Hours depending on the Border Posts. A friend of mine has a house next to the dam so we can do as we please, for a good 2 weeks Holiday.
So last year we decided to pack the tent and do an exploring trip to the west of the dam. Just an indication the dam is 230km long ( 145miles). We did a 2 day trip to the west, but the water was a bit rough and couldn't fish all the good spots in the main lake. Will certainly go back and do it again even though it was 40 degrees Celsius each day
