Bright sunlight doesn't bother my eyes, but my eye doctor says it's bad for them so I try to wear sunglasses whenever I'm outside in sunny conditions. It's been very bright in Namibia on my hunts and I wore my sunglasses a lot. I have a strong prescription so the thickness of the lenses doesn't look good with aviator style frames, but the Sidewinder model by Shuron hides the thickness. I'm wearing them in the attached photo.
