White-tailed Deer Mount Taxidermy

Wow, beautiful and unique mount. Do you mind explaining a bit about this mount?

Is there a story behind that type of mount, did you see at a museum or something?

@PARA45 I saw it on a taxidermy group page a while back and fell in love with it. I just had to wait a bit until I got a nice enough deer to do the mount. I've packed out a bunch of deer and just thought it would be nice to capture the moment. Rather then mount it on an aluminum pack frame I opted to buy an old wooden frame on Ebay, thought it might look more nostalgic.
