All of you TDS'ers underestimate the dynamic shift that is happening.
Places like California are a hopeless cause, but i feel other blue states could eventually be flipped in a positive direction.
RNC has to work diligently. It doesn't have to be a purist MAGA candidate, since that is word you guys are flinging around, but a GOOD candidate.

A more realistic view, backed by actual results, is that those who have been blinded by Trump's ass cheeks can't seem to see that when he backs candidates it typically goes south really fast and soundly at that.

I don’t think Trump realizes that Jerome Powell is doing him a huge favor in holding out on the interest rate cuts.

I said early this year that if certain things fell in line for Trump, the economy would be booming by July.

Powell is smart to watch for inflation due to the tariffs?

There’s usually a little slump in September October, so as these tariff deals come on board. August and September would be a good time to lower interest rates and it will smooth out the normal October slump.

Trump will never admit that Powell was right to hold off. a couple separate lowering of interest rates through the end of the year is going to smooth out and continue the economy boom.

Trump has taken away most of the incentives to walk across the border. And the Democrats are helping by saying how terrible they’re being treated and how barbaric the prisons are.

So far fewer anchor babies will be born here until another Democrat gets elected and starts back up the gravy train.

There are currently between 5.5 and 6.5 million undocumented women in the US. I doubt they are all using birth control.

It does matter what he campaigned on. Integrity and trust in elected is something we should strive for (regardless of where they are on the political spectrum). So rallying his supporters to get the pitchforks out about the files, to now telling everyone to forget about them and move on is the exact opposite of what integrity is. Say what you do and do what you say

That's downright obtuse. It absolutely matters; I vote based on what people tell they will support or not support. As Aaron said, stand behind what you say you are going to do. Otherwise what you say is worthless.

I kinda thought Joe did a pretty thorough job of that: "It is a rather long list of failed Trump supported senate candidates - Hershel Walker, Kelly Tshibaka, Blake Masters, Adam Laxalt, Mehmet Oz, Don Bolduc, Leora Levy, and Gerald Malloy."

I believe there is a word to describe so many examples of the same result: pattern. You could almost call it a bankable pattern. Frankly, even if I was more of a supporter of Trump than I am, I'd probably cringe if he threw his support behind some congressional hopeful that I was pulling for.
