The buyer is out of State. Member...Nighthawk... had offered to inspect the rifle for any prospective buyers as he lives very close to me, but a recent refinery fire has had him working 2 weeks straight and he has no idea when he can get around to inspecting it. Buyer told me to resist it If I desired.. so I have.
It is as represented. Pristine, flawless, LNIB...sans box.
3 day no questions asked non-firing return offered with full 100% re-imbursement.

I’ve actually seen one other 20” .375H&H. It was online a few years ago. The owner was located in Alaska and the shorter barrel was necessary for better maneuverability in his area of the bush and brush country.

The OP’s rifle would make for a similarly handy set-up for someone living in AK or recreating up there.

I promise you that you're not nearly as surprised as I am.
Two American Safari versions sold recently on GB for a good deal more +tax...neither anywhere near new condition, not glass-bedded, no fancy grade Turkish walnut stocks, no barrel band.
I'm absolutely mystified.
Going to leave it up for a few more more days...maybe I should raise the price to $3k...seems like the gents think the price is too good to be true?
